I’m semi-selective, which essentially means I’m generally happy to write with anyone; I’m also open to pretty much any fandom I’m familiar with and fandomless OCs. roleplaying.

I adore long replies and long lasting threads, especially because I adore plotting. I am also always willing to come up with AUs for our characters. Feel free to send in as many memes as you like, and reply to starter calls ─ that’s what they are there for! Again, we do not need to be mutuals for that. About memes: you can always turn them into threads; I am only asking you to continue those in a new text post. Do not worry; if you forget, I will do so in my reply!

I am always open to plotting, and I do not require you have something specific in mind. Even if you message me with “I always wanted to do a single parent plot”, I’ll happily join in and plot, as long as I’m not doing all the work.

writing.

While I am of age (24), I will most likely not be writing any smut on here. I find it awkward and uncomfortable. Fading to black, though, is absolutely fine should an interaction ever go in that direction.

I must also ask you not to reblog any of my headcanons that don’t involve your muse or roleplays if you aren’t a part of them. This goes especially out to personal blogs. It messes with the activity, and I simply don’t have the nerve for that.

Due to the nature of Victor as a character, dark themes can and will appear on this blog. For the most part, they will revolve around death, unethical experiments and violence, but other things might come up. Triggers will be tagged as such: trigger tw.

don'ts.

I will not interact with people who romanticise and/or ship anything involving incest, paedophilia and rape. The same applies to people who are racist, anti-semitic, LGBT+ phobic, ableist or in any other form discriminating.

portrayal.

This is a novel-based roleplay blog for Victor Frankenstein from Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. A verse for Penny Dreadful will follow once I’ve actually watched the entire thing. As of now, I have not watched any Frankenstein adaptations, so keep that in mind when plotting/roleplaying.

Speaking of adaptations: Do not ask me about or reference the mess that was Jeanette Winterson’s “Frankissstein”. The book is, in two words, horribly transphobic and I do not wish to be reminded of reading that piece of “literature”.
